The ingredients they put in this stuff really helps out a lot with gaining muscle. I can easily notice the difference in gains once I started using this product. The downside is it doesnt taste good AT ALL. I plug my nose and chug. Do not buy the Cookies and Cream, the chocolate is much better.

I've been using this drink mix on and off for a few years and still think it's the best post-workout supplement.THE GOOD* It's versatile. By tweaking the dosage you can either speed up recovery or bulk up quickly. I've used the product with both goals in mind at different times and it's effective.* Most of the flavors taste good as far as supplements go, although I recommend Cookies and Creme above the others.* While I'm not too familiar with the science behind it, its blend seems to offer a favorable mix of carbs and proteins. The carbs also take a while to digest, so your blood sugar won't dramatically spike.THE BAD* It's bulky. If you're trying to add mass you may need to carry around a lot more of it than you would with other supplements.
