I love this stuff and you get lots of protein in each serving. It also has stevia instead of sugar, so low calorie (even though I think stevia has an aftertaste, this is why I don't think it's excellent tasting, but it's a trade off I'm willing to make). It's a wonderful product.

I struggled to find a protein powder that did not have sugar. Now I've found one with STEVIA, my fav, and this berry flavor! omg...mix it with plain almond or plain soy with frozen strawberries..great snack for my kids and me!
