After years of consuming sugary and white four foods and inordinate amount of antibiotics as a child, my digestive tract got extremely sensitive.I became lactose intolerant, could not digest proteins and just about any meal was followed by increasing discomfort - pain, bloating, cramps sometimes so severe I could not breathe or stand straight.I have seen all kinds of health practitioners, tried all kinds of diets, eliminating most offending foods (animal based proteins, white sugar and white flour foods, anything containing milk or lactose, etc. so you can imagine that left me with VERY few options for meals), tried all kinds of remedies, cleanses and cures, including other brands of digestive enzymes... All of that with none or just barely noticeable results, until I discovered by a fluke, that Pancreatin is what my system did not produce and required. Made sense, since I have other pancreatic issues such as low blood sugar symptoms.Of course I am very selective about what food I put in my body (minimal processed, preferably organic, etc...) and going completely vegetarian did not work for me either, my body just seems to need the animal protein (fish and chicken mostly), just cannot digest it on its own.This particular formula has saved my life. I am able to eat even an occasional heavy meal (protein, milk, etc...) with no problems whatsoever, as long as I take one of these capsules. Doesn't even take the whole one, usually I split it in two and half of the amount has completely eliminated any digestive issues.To anyone struggling with any sort of food (lactose, gluten, sugar, protein) intolerance, I would wholeheartedly recommend trying this product. I cannot guarantee that it will work for you as magically as it does for me, but considering the price, it's most definitely worth trying!!

Enzymall seems to have made a significant difference in my blood sugar readings. I normally run in the 160 area each morning and after taking Enzymall I know have had readings of 94 and 95 in the mornings. I love this product. I will continue using it too.
