My 2 year old had a "harder poop" problem, where if it was hard, she'd hold it in, making herself constipated... it was a very worrisome/tiresome on-going problem. It hasn't been long enough to say these have completely gotten rid of the problem (it's been about 3 weeks), but since she's been taking them (and I have no problems here, she loves fruit snacks and likes these just fine) she's been going poo daily, slightly mushy so she doesn't hold them back, and it has been a wonderful releif.

I have a 3 year-old that was making zero progress in the potty-training arena - especially when it came to #2. He's a picky eater and we struggled with him to drink more water (he always wanted milk). So, we started giving him these Fiber Gummies.They're really soft gummies, and look and smell like candy. My son eats them willingly. They didn't work right away (we were only giving him one, sometimes two a day, and the recommendations is 3x/day.) but after a week or so, I could see a big difference. AND, he was willing to use the potty too. Yay!

My daughter was having problems for about a week. She had a very hard stool and I had no idea what to do. She cried everything she had to go. I gave her Fleet's stool softener and that worked pretty well. I then went to their website and read about their fiber gummies. I figured that should be the next thing to give her since she really does not eat veggie's. I knew that was why she was having problems. I gave it to her and in one day her stool was soft. I was shocked. It worked great. Now she smiles on the toilet instead of crying. I am so happy I found this product.
