The Abena Abri-Form fitted briefs are one of the leading adult diapers in Europe and are known for their high quality and super absorbency. Abena makes the Abri-Form briefs in four different absorbency levels. This product is the X-Plus absorbency which is the most absorbent brief by Abena. Abena Abri-Form provides all-around protection with absorbent protection zones extending to the sides in both front and back. Abri-form's advanced features include stand-up leak guards, refastenable tape tabs, wetness indicator. Also features Air Plus breathable backsheet for improved skin care and less rustle. The feel of this Abri-Form X-Plus Air Plus brief was very good, felt like I was wearing a flannel brief. Plus this didn't slide down, even after a wee while... the fit was very nice. The absorbent material didn't thin-out and bunch up on me like many other brands, I thought this was a nice design idea: a brief that actually holds the shape it was meant to! I cannot overstate this point enough, how a brief/diaper holds up after a few hours really matters to people that have to wear them! This Abri-Form X-Plus Air Plus brief is a nice "heavy duty" diaper. I mean that in a good way, as it will easily absorb massive amounts. These are slightly-thick (but worth it for protection) - A man may not be able to totally conceal that he is wearing one of these under clothing, if you plan on going out - although a woman, wearing one under a dress or skirt... possibly could get away with it. Just two minor issues: there are a few inches of "flexible waistband" in the back. This is wonderful, but it seems such a nice brief/diaper could benefit with a frontal waistband also.Plus, I learned the hard way to fasten the sticky tapes properly THE FIRST TIME. Keep in mind that these briefs DO have very good tapes to begin with. Because the outer covering is cloth-like, while I was "in motion" at times, a tape would pop-off and I would have to refasten. Then I realized - I had only casually fastened the sticky tapes around the waist, like I would with a regular plastic backed brief. That is a no-no with these cloth backed diapers. Firmly pressing the tapes in place the first time I put on a new brief (from now on) and I would be good to go! (No pun intended!)Still, I gave five stars as these Abena Abri-Form X-Plus Air Plus more than met my comfort and absorbency expectations.

My son is 9 years old, 100 lbs. Nothing I bought in the stores could prevent leaking. They aren't the nicest thing to put on, but they provide superior protection!!

I've tried several brands of overnight diapers for my mom and this one wins hands-down in terms of absorbency and comfort. I checked out the vendor's website for details on different brands' absorbency levels and sure enough, at 32 oz. this was featured as having the most absorbency across several brands. Depending on the patient, changing may still be required between 6-8 hours. I decided to try Air Plus, even though it costs more, because of the discomfort my mom had with the regular plastic covering. The Air Plus did not disappoint.
