I researched hand-held sprayers, read tons of reviews, and went with this product. It's worked great for us. Easy to install and use. I agree with others that you don't have to turn the handle full-on unless you want to make a big spray mess. We use this for our babies' cloth diapers. Full pressure is like pressure-washing their diapers (which is sometimes needed), but halfway will usually do the trick. The only leaking we've noticed is when trying to make sure the sprayer head is 'empty' after turning the handle off. I shake it like the directions said, but some water occasionally still dribbles out when I hang it up (makes little puddles on the floor).

I didn't want to spend the money to buy a sprayer, but finally decided that I could no longer continue to cloth diaper my baby if I didn't have one. I installed this myself and fully expected it to leak, so I put a small bowl underneath the connector, just in case. It's been about 6 months since I've been using it, and I haven't had a single leak since I finally got it adjusted perfectly. It did take a little fiddling with to get it working perfectly. I didn't tighten it enough and it leaked. Then I tightened it too much and it leaked. I finally found the perfect spot and it doesn't lose a drop. I have to say that the convenience of having the diaper sprayer has made a world of difference. It's made cleanup so much easier that even Daddy is willing to do it! I also use (and HIGHLY recommend) washable diaper liners. Between the sprayer and the liners, the extra work of cloth diapering has been more than cut in half.

After less than two months of use, the spray button broke and no water was coming out of the sprayer. However, I did contact the manufacturer and received prompt troubleshooting with pictures. There was a problem with the anti-drip gasket, but the customer service agent helped me fix it back into working condition until a replacement part is received. Otherwise, this is a great sprayer and I feel confident that if I encounter any further problems they will again be more than happy to help.
