I'm not sure what other powders the other reviewer has tried but I'm a personal trainer and fitness competitor and have tried almost every protein powder. This one is all natural, sweetened with (non-toxic) non-caloric stevia. Most of the other brands in the supplement stores are sweetened with (toxic) sucralose and acesulfame potassium, which may taste better but it's definitely NOT healthy for you. That's like saying m&ms taste better than oatmeal & egg whites. In addition, by consuming toxins, your body stores them in your fat cells, making fat loss an even bigger challenge. This powder also blends into a very silky mixture, but I use the Magic Bullet, some Barleans Flaxseed oil, and a small serving of fruit to create a balanced smoothie. Some of the recipes I use are at doTERRA detox dot com. I'm a fan and I never plan on switching brands again.

I've tried both the chocolate and the vanilla flavors. Both have not only mixed well as to be rather frothy and creamy (and this from only manual bottle shaking), I've also felt satisfied as far as not needing to have anything else for a meal. They also blend well with fruit. I'd recommend using the chocolate with some raspberries. It's really good.Now ... to be fair, I have one serving in the morning, a mid-morning snack of some sunflower seeds or a fruit of some kind, and then another one for lunch. The rest of the day, I drink water. No sodas, no electrolyte drinks (e.g. Powerade, Gatorade, etc) ... just water.Maintaining that regimen for one month, I dropped 27 pounds. Going from 315 to 288, it might not sound like much, but when even my wife comments on how I look more slim, you know something's going right.

This Trim Shake is super yummy. It blends really well with everything. Personally I like to blend it with Rice Milk. I know others blend it with Almond Milk. I crave it for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, AND best of all it contains a patented Ashwaganda Root that helps control & lower the Cortisol Stress Hormone that's responsible for keeping that belly fat hanging on in our bodies! It's really helped me get that last bit of fat off my body, and it keeps me full in between meals.
