For those of you who don't care for fish, this is a great product to get the essential omega 3's you need. This product has a 5-star rating by IFOS, the International Fish Oil Standards. It also comes in a dark blue bottle to help protect the capsules from sunlight. As to having "fishy burps", I rarely get them. On the rare occasion that happens, it's very mild. Since it rarely happens, I'm guessing it must be something that I ate with the supplement. The only bad thing for me about this product, & other fish oil supplements, is the size of the capsule. I've tried other brands in the past, but I like this one the best. There are a lot of cheaper brands on the market, but for the quality, Norwegian Gold's Ultimate Fish Oil is a decent price.

My doctor says this is the best fish oil on the market outside of an RX. And it doesn't leave you with that "burp" if you take it with food.

I have used this fish oil before with no problems. This time the bottle came and they smelled REALLY fishy compared to before and they left my hands smelling and gave me terrible burps. I dumped the bottle out and discovered that at least two of the capsules were broken and the whole bottle was ruined. I threw the whole thing in the trash because it smelled SO bad. Will not order from this company again.
