I tried this "Instant Energy" B-12 packet for the 1st time last summer. I have since sent some to 3 members of my family. What I notice with this is that although I don't get a "rush" or anything... when I drink the packet in the morning with a little water it certainly helps keep my afternoons and early evenings from becoming "draggy". It was very noticeable! I am a vegetarian, and this is a way to get the missing B vitamins. It tastes good and it also has a positive effect on my energy each day.

I have been using this product for a couple of years now. When you need a little extra energy it's just perfect. I do not use it on a daily baisis.
