I use cryoderm when I go to sleep at night solely because it does have a sinus clearing aroma. BUT IT WORKS. It eases the muscles and almost instantly relieves the pain. It is expensive so I only buy it when there is a sale. Worth every penny.

I acquired repetitive stress injuries in my arms, back, and hands after working like a crazed maniac on computers for 10 hours a day for five years. This stuff definitely helps my pain as well or better than any of the other application creams/gels. The only advice I have is that if you want to use this product on your back, and you don't have a partner to help apply it, get the spray version for your back (you'll be able to do behind the shoulder spraying) and get the gel for the rest of your anatomy.

This product was recommended by a staff member at my Physical Therapy Office. They gave me some samples to try and I loved howit soothed my aching shoulder. I had a shoulder replacement 15 weeks ago. I also use it on my toes, which have some arthritis. It isquick acting and not greasy, absorbs into the skin pretty fast. The menthol aroma doesn't bother me a bit, I find it therapeutic. Thisis some really good stuff! Amazon had the very best price and the 16 oz. size will last me for some time. I will buy it again when Irun out!
