I had tried several herbal remedies, which did not make any difference in my hot flashes. I was skeptical when I ordered the Estro500 and Progesterine Creams. (According to research, and the company's own website, you really need to use both estrogen and progesterine together.) My hot flashes were so severe that I would have as many as 50/day and night. I wasn't sleeping well and was exhausted. I used the product as instructed and am now hot flash free. It didn't happen overnight but I experienced a slow and steady improvement. I definitely would recommend this to everyone needing to overcome hot flashes and other troublesome effects of menopause.

I would recommend this product (to be used along with Estro500 Estriol/Estradiol) to any woman whowants to say good-bye to hot flashes. It works!
